Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. Discover your favorite cafe for breakfast in the neighborhood or enjoy the dining, boutique shopping and entertainment just a few blocks from Rosemary and Alys Beach.
The stunning white beach is just a short
distance away for morning walks or fishing. Golfers you are only minutes away from Camp Creek Golf Club. In the opposite direction, Camp Helen State Park provides a natural environment rich in outdoor fun including birding, hiking, kayaking and fishing on Lake Powell.

Enjoy deeded beach access just a short walk away from Emerald Waters or use the tram.
From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.
